The strongest plan won’t be created by one person or one group. It will be shaped by the people who konw, support, and care about our schools.
This isn’t about being presented with a finished plan. It’s about helping create it.

Schauer Arts Center in Hartford, Wisconsin
Facilitated by Dr. Joe Schroeder
and external facilitator who will lead participants through a collaborative, one-day strategic planning process.

Staff Members
Parents & Family Members
Community Members
Interested participants are invited to complete a brief Google Form.
Space is limited within each group.
Limited Spots. Thoughtful Selection.
Participants will be selected to create a balanced and representative planning team that brings together different roles, experiences, and perspectives from across our district community.
